How the Profitability Fire Hose Program Works

Craig and Andrew are total hands-on with this program. While the MadFun Team will lend support to the process, you will get Craig and Andrew's personal attention throughout the entirety of the engagement. Both Craig and Andrew will get to know the entire economics of your industry, your competitors, and of course every detail of your specific business model. They will bring their years of experience, a fresh perspective, and all their creativity to bear looking for every possible way you can upgrade most direct and fundamental profit drivers of your company.

First the MadFun Team will collect information about your business, your goals, and research your industry and competitors to get a comprehensive understanding of your current business model and the business environment in which you operate. Then your case will be reviewed with Craig and Andrew and an initial strategy and time line for beginning your Profitability Fire Hose Program will be created.

Next, Craig and Andrew will visit your business personally for three full days of intensive work. They will meet with each of your key team members, become intimately familiar with your operations, systems and procedures, and delve deeply into the features, characteristics and competitive positioning of your products.

From there, Craig and Andrew, you and your team, will begin crafting strategies, both short and long-term, for upgrading your business model for maximum profitability. Depending on the size, scope and opportunities within your business, this could mean millions of dollars added to your bottom line year after year.

Nothing Held Back

Craig and Andrew will share everything they have learned over many years of building profitable businesses, including their own. No super special secrets will be held back. However, you will have to sign a confidentiality agreement stating that you will not share any trade secrets that are revealed to you. Program Costs

The MadFun Profitability Fire Hose Program, which lasts a full six months, has a total program cost of $135,000 plus travel expenses. To get started you will pay a program deposit of $5,000. After being approved for the program (Craig and Andrew only do two to four of these programs each year) you will pay an additional $30,000 to initiate the program. Then you will be billed five (5) monthly installments of $20,000 during the course of the engagement. And as a bonus, once you have completed your program, Craig and Andrew will be available to you via their private phone and email for a full additional year at no extra charge.
