How the Growth Accelerator Program Works

Craig and Andrew are total hands-on with this program. While the MadFun Team will lend support to the process, you will get Craig and Andrew's personal attention throughout the entirety of the engagement. Both Craig and Andrew will get to know the entire operations of your business and of every detail of your business model. They will bring their years of experience, a fresh perspective, and all their creativity to bear looking for every possible way you can outsource the non-critical tasks of your business, automate repetitive tasks, and focus you and your team's energy on the few critical actions that you do best and which most drives your company's growth and profitability.

First the MadFun Team will collect information about your business, your goals, and research your industry and competitors to get a comprehensive understanding of your current business business environment. Then your case will be reviewed with Craig and Andrew and an initial strategy and time line for beginning your Growth Accelerator Program will be created.

Next, Craig and Andrew will visit your business personally for three full days of intensive work. They will meet with each of your key team members, become intimately familiar with your operations, systems and procedures, and delve deeply into the features, characteristics and competitive positioning of your products and/or services.

From there, Craig, Andrew, you and your team, will begin crafting strategies, both short and long-term, for outsourcing and automating your business for maximum profitability. Depending on the size, scope and opportunities within your business, this could mean millions of dollars added to your bottom line year after year with less and less effort from you.

Nothing Held Back

Craig and Andrew will share everything they have learned over many years of building profitable businesses, including their own. No super special secrets will be held back. However, you will have to sign a confidentiality agreement stating that you will not share any trade secrets that are revealed to you. Craig and Andrew have spent years of hard work and millions of dollars creating, testing and perfecting these strategies that they will be sharing with you.

Program Costs

The MadFun Growth Acceleration Program, which lasts twelve (12) weeks and has a total program cost of $75,000 plus travel expenses. To get started you will pay a deposit of $5,000. After being approved for the program (Craig and Andrew only do two to four of these programs each year) you will pay an additional $20,000 to initiate the program. Then you will be billed two (2) monthly installments of $25,000 during the remainder of the engagement. And as a bonus, once you have completed your program, Craig and Andrew will be available to you via their private phone and email for an entire additional year at no charge. They want you to be successful and will to stick around to ensure that you are.
